Have you ever thought your whole world could change in one second? Most of us have experienced some kind of tragedy or death or even a moment when the world seemed to stop moving. This can range from moments in relationships when your whole original course for this person completely changes. Or it could be the moment you realize what you want to do with the rest of your life is opposite of the road you are taking.
Moments of change build into the journey of life.
This happened to me last Tuesday at 4:45pm. The course of my life that I had thought was "right on track" was completely put off course. Do I have any idea what exactly the future holds? No. Do I know that in that moment the only thing that mattered was knowing that in Christ alone I will be okay? Yes.
Though our life constantly changes, God never does. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
So I write this blog today to encourage you and warn you, don't get so caught up in the current course of your life that you forget the original course set for you is probably very much different from your present stage.
God has given us a calling to ride this wave of life and continue to do so whether the storms come or the sun shines. No matter the weather, don't change the course of your ride for fear of how big the next wave might be.
So yes, deep and even a little metaphorical, but you see my point. Change is inevitable, but how you deal with the change, that is irreplaceable.
A matter of change is in ever moment.
So live for the moments and hope for the tomorrows <3
